Etiquette for Cosmetics in Public
From Lisbon, Portugal - It is decidedly not proper etiquette to apply powder and lipstick in public here in Lisbon, at least not for men. For the Lisbon police, in an effort to prevent the men of Lisbon from becoming effeminate, and to clean up the city, have been ordered to arrest all men indulging in paint, powder, or other cosmetics while in public.
